0. App and Publisher

This policy applies to Amora, operated by the Amora Team, and covers user activity on https://www.amoraapp.live and inside Amora mobile applications.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Amora has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any sexualized content involving minors. Accounts involved in such activity are permanently removed.

2. Age Requirement

Amora is strictly for adults aged 18+. Users under 18 are not allowed to create or use accounts. Identified underage accounts are removed immediately.

3. Detection and Moderation

We use reporting tools, moderation review, and safety signals to identify harmful behavior and content. Potential CSAE risks are escalated for urgent review.

4. In-App Reporting

Users can report profiles, chats, and behavior through Amora's Safety Center and profile reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Law Enforcement Escalation

Where required by law, or when credible CSAE risk is identified, we preserve relevant evidence and report to appropriate law enforcement or authorized child protection organizations.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severe violations may be reported without prior warning.
